Position will float between Wilson Regional Orthopedics & Sports Med Wilson Primary Care and New Hope Primary Care)
Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

How youll contribute
AnOffice Assistantwho excels in this role:
- Works alongside providers and clinicians performing front-office clerical duties such as: answering telephones sorting mail maintaining office schedule greeting patients and visitors gathering patient insurance information and other general clerical duties as needed.
- Works in a confidential nature.
- Performs other work of the department as required.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent two years of college preferred. Additional requirements include:
- Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-year relative work experience in a clinic/office setting preferred
- Experience requirement may be substituted for education
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail oriented
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
