Job Summary
Infiniti of Cincinnati (Joseph Infiniti) a premier luxury automotive dealership in Mason OH is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award-winning sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the Infiniti brand and grow your career in automotive sales with one of Ohios most respected luxury dealerships.
We offer a guaranteed base salary plus commission with an expected earning range of $50000 $150000 annually depending on performance.

Responsibilities
Greet and engage dealership customers building trust and long-term relationships
Understand customer needs and present new Infiniti models and pre-owned vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features technology and safety systems
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction
Handle internet leads phone inquiries and showroom traffic with professionalism
Follow up with sold and prospective customers to generate repeat and referral business
Collaborate with the sales team and sales managers to hit monthly sales goals
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred (not required we will train motivated individuals)
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
