Job Summary
Mayo Clinic Health System is seeking a supplementalboard eligible/board certified General Surgeon to join an established and collegial practice in La Crosse WI. Successful candidates should possess excellent clinical may expect a busy practice in a physician-led financially stable organization committed to both high quality care and patient satisfaction.
Candidates must be board-certified/board eligible in General Surgery. Surgeons must have training/experience and qualified skills in areas of general surgery and endoscopy. Fellowship training is not required to apply. The general surgeon will be responsible for providing clinic-based emergent consultations clinic procedures supervising a wound clinic and surgical procedures in the hospital. The patient population is mostly adult.
- Comprehensive community general surgery and endoscopy practice
- Multispecialty Clinic & Hospital
- Common EPIC EMR
- State of Wisconsin Level III Trauma Center
- Preferred week long coverage to include a weekend
- Onsite call expectations
