Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Sr. Product Development Engineer located in Zhuhai.
Responsible for the entire product lifecycle focusing on optimizing manufacturability and assembly design. Conduct comprehensive tolerance overlay analysis during the product design phase to ensure robustness and production feasibility. Provide expert technical support throughout the entire production process establish and maintain structured BOM guidelines for cross functional alignment and document standardized procedures for BOM and drawing maintenance. Actively implement preventive measures to ensure design integrity and production efficiency.
What a typical day looks like:
- Root cause analysis and engineering problem resolution.
- Conduct assembly analysis and design during the product design phase
- Perform tolerance overlay analysis and check the drawing tolerances (if available).
- BOM structure setting and system maintenance.
- Technical drawing review problem feedback and resolution
- Generate 2D and 3D drawings according to customer requirements.
- Support technical work from TPM required
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor degree above in Engineering
- Good English reading writing listening skills. Speaking will be prefer
- Proficient in using Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- High communication skills to communicate with people at different levels
- Very open/kind able to get along with people
- Rapid response capability handling unexpected events and providing guidance to others
- 5 years product design experiencestructure design
- Master use SolidWorks or Pro-E 3D software.
- Master use AutoCAD 2D software.
