We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator who will help shape the future of cosmetic science across the Asia-Pacific region.
Responsibilities:
- Support in executing regional marketing campaigns across APAC (e.g. trade shows conferences seminars webinars marketing communications etc.)
- Support the execution of product launches webinars and internal communications
- Analyse and compile market information such as trends market data brand movements new launches success stories etc.
- Assist in content creation proofreading and translations in collaboration with language partners or internal staff
- Liaise with sales teams distributors and global marketing team to align on promotional materials lead generation activities and collateral needs
- Maintain the marketing inventory coordinate prototype requests shipping purchases and printing
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
- Bachelors degree required preferably in Life Sciences (Chemistry Biology Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field); Degrees in Marketing and Communications will also be considered.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools preferred
- Collaborative team player
- Good grasp of content creation and analysis tools
- Some travelling required (up to 10%) for internal meetings and event support
