Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Investment Simulation and Financial Planning: Support markets with ENSUM(Expert Net Sales Uplift Model) modelling for Expert-related financial planning. Develop and run ad-hoc investment choice simulations to inform local decisions. Empower markets with actionable insights.
- Meta-Analysis and Knowledge Sharing: Consolidate ENSUM & Expert MMM learnings from markets to inform central analyses and business-wide applications Identify Expert growth drivers and support prioritization across BMCs.
- Data Quality and Transformation: Conduct data quality audits and transform Expert-related datasets for use in MMM and other analytics. Enable reliable and accurate data for value tracking and decision-making.
- Data Infrastructure and Automation Support: Transition Expert tracking data to centralised systems. Support implementation of new analytics use-cases requiring data asset access and triangulation.
- KPI vs. Market Sales Analysis: Lead end-to-end analysis triangulating Expert KPIs with market share/sales data. Deliver insights to support investor relations and executive decision-making.
- Testing and Validation: Design and execute new test-and-learn experiments identified in the 2026-27 roadmap. Improve predictive models and business planning assumptions. Run validation of tools/models
Qualifications :
- Proven experience with financial modelling and investment simulations within marketing or commercial-related fields (e.g. funnel conversion modelling what-if simulation predictive attribution propensity modelling etc)
- Strong background in marketing mix modelling (MMM) and advanced data analytics
- Proficient in data transformation audit and visualization tools (e.g. SQL Python Power BI)
- Experience with sales/KPI and performance measurement
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights
- Familiarity with enterprise data systems and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Excellent translator of business requirements and stakeholder communication
