We are hiring for our client a leading construction business for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to drive a positive safety culture across multiple projects. The Role

Develop implement and continually improve health & safety management systems.
Ensure compliance with legislation ISO standards and ISO 45001 requirements.
Conduct risk assessments site audits and inspections recommending corrective actions.
Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures.
Deliver training toolbox talks and safety briefings to staff and contractors.
Monitor subcontractor compliance and maintain accurate safety records.
Liaise with regulatory bodies insurers and external stakeholders reporting to senior management.

The Person

NEBOSH/IOSH certification (or equivalent) essential.
Proven track record as a Health and Safety Manager within the construction industry (5 years).
Experience managing ISO Management systems is essential.
Excellent leadership communication and influencing skills.
Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation and best practice.
