Direct Response Copywriter

Join our dynamic team as a Direct Response Copywriter where youll spearhead the creation of captivating and persuasive copy (optimized for direct response) for our rapidly evolving company.

The ideal candidate is passionate about writing copy that converts. Your main responsibility will be to write engaging and compelling copy that not only resonates with our high-value customers but also drives engagement and direct response from high-potential prospects.

Balancing strategy and creativity are what you do best.

• For direct response copywriting you understand the best practices of converting cold traffic from varying means (ad video scripts ad copy VSLs email outreach just to name a few) and you fully demonstrate whats needed to write top tier content in the B2B space. Youve done this before at a high level and are able to show the trackable progress youve made previously.
• For educational copywriting you have a strong skill set in conceptualizing brainstorming and collaborating with subject matter experts to create strategically focused marketing campaigns and sales material that drive clarity and persuasion. Your copy is educational tactically accurate appealing and helpful to our target audience aligning with our brand voice and company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Copywrite short/long form video scripts and track engagement leveraging a deep understanding of video content hooks storytelling pacing and strategy
• Write highly persuasive/high converting copy targeting cold B2B audiences tailored for specific marketing campaigns and other company needs
• Work closely with our sales team to produce highly persuasive technically accurate responses to requests for proposals copy for sales presentations and sales-enablement resources
• Write copy for high-converting website landing pages
• Build monitor track and analyze campaign performance in Meta ads manager
• Lead our email marketing strategy end-to-end including copywriting monitoring and improving KPIs establishing positioning etc.
• Develop copy for compelling presentations that communicate a clear coherent and engaging story
• Foster a collaborative environment where insights are valued shared and used to inform decision-making across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree
• At least 3-5 years of post-college direct response copywriting experience(recent B2B experience preferred)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong skill set in displaying empathy and clarity in your writing
• A knack for storytelling and the ability to tailor your content/ideas through our brand voice on a variety of platforms
• Demonstrated past success with building and managing ads in Meta ads manager
• Naturally collaborative and are comfortable providing useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner
• Passionate about copy ads split testing analytics and improving marketing and sales funnels
• Ability to easily understand absorb and execute on direction while welcoming constructive feedback
• Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Strong aptitude for time management organization and communication
• Ability to exhibit excellent problem-solving attention to detail and creative thinking skills
