Plan International Canada is seeking a high performing Manager Financial Services who will play a significant operational role in managing key processes in the Finance team ensuring internal controls are in place to adequately safeguard the companys assets and financial health. Reporting directly to the Director Procurement & Financial Services you will be a qualified accountant with several years of both accounting and finance experience.
You will manage and help develop the team responsible for the treasury banking and procurement of the organization.
This role requires an ambitious qualified accountant with a desire to develop at a people leadership level. Suitable candidates will be collaborative agile progressive inclusive and empowering. The incumbent is expected to be an energetic hands-on individual who understands and embraces well-defined processes policies procedures standards and metrics. The ideal candidate will have a high propensity for problem solving and meet stringent reporting deadlines. The identified candidate will lead from a Diversity Equity and Inclusion value set and will be a strong clear communicator. Knowledge of technology operations risk management and compliance are pluses.

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $ 64000 and $ 80000. We comprehensively evaluate a variety of factors to determine fair compensation including experience specific job-related skills and relevant educational or professional training. Additionally we ensure that compensation is equitable across our team and aligns with current market trends. This role also qualifies for an extensive benefits package and generous paid time off.
