About the Role
We are seeking a People Operations Manager to lead core People Ops programs that ensure our employees have a seamless compliant and engaging experience throughout their lifecycle. This person will be responsible for owning and optimizing our HRIS and payroll systems (Rippling BambooHR and ADP) as part of a multi-system platform driving accurate and timely data reporting and ensuring compliance across multiple states.
The ideal candidate is hands-on detail-oriented and equally comfortable solving immediate operational needs and building scalable processes for the future. They will continuously scan for better tools processes and practices to elevate the employee experience and will play a key role in shaping a best-in-class People Operations function that scales with our growth.
