Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Survey Manager to lead survey operations across civil and transportation projects. This role oversees multiple field crews ensures project delivery manages client relationships and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise field crews and office technicians on daily operations.
Enforce QA/QC manage budgets schedules and client expectations.
Coordinate with DOTs and municipalities for roadway and utility surveys.
Support business development through proposals and client relationship building.
Mentor staff with performance coaching and development plans.

Required Qualifications:

Licensed PLS or eligible to sit within 6 months (exam fees covered).
12 years of survey experience; 5 in supervisory roles.
Strong DOT/municipal project experience.
Proficient in Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads & AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Knowledgeable in federal state and local survey regulations.
High school diploma required; bachelors in surveying/civil tech preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Subsurface utility locating/designating experience.
Experience with LiDAR aerial mapping or sUAS operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $85000 - $145000 based on experience & licensure.
