We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high standards of performance and be dedicated to customer service. Parts Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Parts Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

  • Communicate with customers on parts status

  • Maintain balanced inventory levels

  • Reduce obsolescence
  • Ensure parts availability for our service department and retail customers
  • Utilize Dealertrack for inventory control and reporting
  • Create a positive team environment with goals and expectations

  • Ensure excellent customer service to customers wholesale accounts technicians and service advisors
  • Ensure compliance with Ford standards
  • Track fill rates inventory turn-over and profitability

Parts Counter Person Requirements:

  • Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

  • Proficiency with Dealertrack or similar DMS platform

  • Knowledge of automotive parts operations and inventory practices

  • Effective analytical and communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
