Parts Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
Communicate with customers on parts status
Maintain balanced inventory levels
- Reduce obsolescence
- Ensure parts availability for our service department and retail customers
- Utilize Dealertrack for inventory control and reporting
Create a positive team environment with goals and expectations
- Ensure excellent customer service to customers wholesale accounts technicians and service advisors
- Ensure compliance with Ford standards
- Track fill rates inventory turn-over and profitability
Parts Counter Person Requirements:
Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
Proficiency with Dealertrack or similar DMS platform
Knowledge of automotive parts operations and inventory practices
Effective analytical and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
