Skills and Competencies

• Power BI Expertise Skilled in building interactive dashboards with slicers filters drill-throughs and bookmarks; proficient in DAX-based data modeling hybrid data source integration and automated refreshes with Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Data Transformation Proficient in Excel Power Query for connecting cleaning shaping and merging multiple data sources to prepare high-quality datasets for analysis.
• Insightful Storytelling Experienced in designing executive-level PowerPoint presentations translating complex dashboard insights into impactful visuals for CSI reviews and monthly performance reporting.
• Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of Networking Operations ITIL processes SLA/OLA metrics root cause analysis and service impact assessments.
• Analytical Reporting Proven track record in preparing CSI decks incident/change breakdowns root cause updates and outage analysis to drive operational improvements.
• Collaboration & Communication Adept at working with cross-functional teams and translating technical data into actionable business-friendly insights for diverse stakeholders.

Education

• BE/ . or any other equivalent degree

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotation weekend support and provide after-hours support as scheduled in the shift roster
• Work closely with the engineering teams to ensure deliverables are met on-time and to the highest standard.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards with advanced features such as slicers filters drill-throughs and bookmarks.
• Utilize Excel Power Query for data transformation including connecting cleaning shaping and merging multiple data sources.
• Design executive-level PowerPoint presentations translating complex dashboard insights into impactful visuals for CSI reviews and monthly performance reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis service impact assessments and prepare analytical reports to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical data into actionable business-friendly insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Utilize DAX for data modeling and integrate hybrid data sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.
• Ensure seamless integration of various data sources to support comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
• Generate detailed reports on incidents changes root causes and outages to support continuous service improvement.
• Translate technical data into actionable business-friendly insights for diverse stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication.
