Job Summary / Purpose
The TLC Delivery Specialist provides critical coordination and operational support to the TLC Consulting & Delivery team who are dedicated to delivering Organization Development (OD) & Leadership Consulting enterprise-wide. This role supports the effective coordination and implementation of TLC focused engagements and initiatives that strengthen leadership capability build organizational effectiveness and support large-scale transformation in a dynamic healthcare environment. The Specialist partners closely with Consultants and Consulting leaders to create enhance and streamline processes manage logistics track outcomes and create a seamless experience for stakeholders across the enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree required. Masters Preferred. Education Leadership Development OD Development IOPsych HR or similar field.
1-3 years of experience in relevant/related field.
Required Licensure and Certifications
None required. Preferred: PMP change management graphic design instructional design facilitation etc.
