We are recruiting for a New Account Specialist to join a progressive organization based in Sacramento. The New Account Account Specialist will support fulfillment operations for new accounts originating through the digital channel. This role involves reviewing and auditing business documents verifying membership funding and ensuring accounts are accurately established. The qualified candidate will demonstrate strong investigative instincts to identify potential fraud communicate effectively and maintain a high standard of accuracy. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance regulations are essential for success in this role.
Pay: $24.00/hour - remote- M-F
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee fulfillment operations for new digital account openings ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Verify business organizational documents and ensure compliance with deposit policies procedures and regulatory requirements (including audits).
- Audit applications and analyze onboarding challenges to recommend operational improvements.
- Perform complex operational tasks while meeting daily production deadlines in a fast-paced quality-driven environment.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork across departments to support company goals and maintain confidentiality of information.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one year of experience reviewing business documents including business account products.
- Strong knowledge of verifying organizational documents (e.g. articles of incorporation partnership agreements) and familiarity with business products and compliance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and automated origination systems; able to learn operate and train others on new software.
- Exceptional communication analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor with sound judgment attention to detail and flexibility to work full-time hours and adapt to changing demands.
