Job Description

As our Order Management Specialist youll be the vital link between our customers sales team finance and operations. Youll oversee the entire order lifecycle from the moment a deal is confirmed to vehicle handover and invoicing ensuring a smooth accurate and seamless process for both customers and internal teams.
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a sales career. Youll gain firsthand experience with customer engagement order management CRM systems and business processes while developing a deep understanding of our products and customers. What youll be doing
- Manage the full sales order lifecycle ensuring accuracy visibility and timely completion.
- Maintain and align data across Salesforce and Equip (Internal systems)
- Provide regular updates to both internal teams and customers on order status and delivery timelines.
- Prepare invoices track payments and support commission accuracy and reporting.
- Collaborate with body builders and logistics teams to ensure builds are on track
- Measure and report on key metrics such as body builder SLAs and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements reporting and strategy to enhance the customer journey.
