Lead end-to-end system implementation projects including requirements gathering design data migration testing (SIT/UAT) training and deployment.
Drive intercompany system design ensuring compliance with AFM internal controls and external regulatory requirements (e-reporting mandates).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Tax IT Controllers and Business Stakeholders) to deliver compliant scalable and optimized solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP S/4HANA intercompany issues independently and provide subject matter expertise to project teams.
Conduct system analysis and feasibility studies to assess impact of system changes on financial operations.
Provide expert-level training and support to end-users enhancing adoption of new processes and tools.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and automation.
Ensure high quality assurance and testing of system changes collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
Apply advanced project management methodologies (Agile Scrum) to deliver large and complex projects on time.
Influence global design decisions while balancing country-specific compliance and business needs.
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
710 years of relevant experience preferably in finance transformation intercompany processes or SAP S/4HANA system design.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financials (AR AP GL BP Master Customer/Vendor Master Intercompany Netting & Reporting).
Preferred Certifications
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Certified Financial Systems Professional
Knowledge & Skills
Expert knowledge of financial systems accounting principles and intercompany processes.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA applications and related reporting functionalities.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies project management and process improvement techniques.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems independently.
Technical awareness of SQL automation workflow management and systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to generate and implement innovative business solutions across global environments.
Lead and influence functional and cross-functional initiatives within Finance and IT.
Drive compliance efficiency and standardization across intercompany processes.
Generate new ideas and deliver strategic system design changes with measurable impact.
Work on highly complex global intercompany challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple business and technical factors.
Exercise independent judgment in decision-making system design and resolution of critical issues.
