Your Role :
Quality Assurance :
- Perform Quality Assurance checks on Solaris Operations teams (internal and external) from KYC Operations to Banking Operations and Customer Support.
- Analyse the results of the regular Quality Assurance outcomes and deliver necessary actions to improve results with internal stakeholders.
- Improve continuously the T&Q processes and tools.
- Support processes improvement within Solaris based on outcomes of Quality Assurance checks.
- Support reporting creation and improvement to stakeholders and management.
Training :
- Create and continuously improve training material andcontent for the new hires of Solaris Operations and current analyst.
- Deliver any additional training whenever required.

Hard Skill :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business AdministrationFinance Operations Management or related fieldInternal.
- 4 years of experience within the banking or financialservices industry with particular focus on QualityAssurance processes and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of in Banking Operations KYCOperations and/or Customer Support
- Understanding of training methods and training contentcreation
- Native in German fluent in English

- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

- Clear concise and open communication.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and foster understanding among different stakeholders.
