Engineering Manager - Your Future Position
As an Engineering Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division you will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for providing the support on engineering management function. In this exciting role you will:
Comply with site Quality & Food Safety policy
Good Sense & Performance in SHE Record
Provide expert technical and engineering support for infrastructure services by implementing systematic preventive maintenance
Managing the maintenance group including setting policies standard procedures and practices
Control and monitor maintenance costs to ensure it within the AP budget
Monitor and control of all capital projects with the assistance of operation manager
Ensure all work carry out comply with relevant codes and standards whilst maintaining safety and reliability
Responsible for proper training and career development of the supervisors/engineers under his/her supervision

Your professional profile includes:
BS or above degree in engineering of mechanical electrical or chemical
Above 8 years working experience in chemical or food production and minimum 3 years in managerial position multinational company is preferred
A good performance records on engineering management and people development strategy.
Aggressive attitude to new challenges
Fluent written and spoken English
