Job Summary

IMMEDIATE NEED: Thursdays 11am-3pm and Fridays 10am to 4pm

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Help clients take prescribed medication
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility aroundthe house or outside (doctors appointmentswalks etc.)
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Help clients complete physical therapy and otherrecommended exercises
Do the clients shopping or accompany them whenthey shop if needed
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients cantcomplete on their own including preparing meals
Collect information about conditions and treatmentplans from caregivers nurses doctors and familymembers
Report any unusual incidents to nurses doctors andfamily members
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

Previous caregiver experience preferred butnot required
Willingness to adhere to health and safetystandards
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cookingwith attention to dietary constraints
Must be respectful and compassionate with a goodbedside manner
Outstanding communication time managementand interpersonal skills
Physical endurance to complete required tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
