Role Description

As a Tech Lead Front End @ INCEDO you will be leading driving & owning the development & integration of product / service lines for our Clients. You should have significant experience in designing & implementing robust applications in a flexible & well-structured architecture.

You should be familiar with the JavaScript ecosystem in engaging with clients understanding the technical requirements planning and liaising with architects / product owners / designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You must have minimum 5 years of relevant software development experience using React & Node JS. You must be thorough with workflows & tools like Redux / Flux / Babel / Webpack / NPM etc. You must be flexible using third party libraries as well. You must be familiar with RESTful APIs.

You must be familiar with Component-Driven Development (CDD) methodology and have experience in building rich robust & reusable user interface components from bottom-up. You must be able to optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers.

You must mentor & guide junior team members review their code establish quality gates build & deploy code using CI/CD pipelines apply secure coding practices adopt unit-testing frameworks provide better coverage etc.

You must have experience working with various data stores SQL or NoSQL.

Having hands on experience in native Android or IOS development is a plus.

You must have professional experience working in an agile development environment SCRUM or Scaled Agile framework (SAFe)

You must have strong communication skills and must be able to take decisions.

You must be willing to work in a HYBRID environment.

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

Strong proficiency in and JavaScript.
Experience in front-end web development using HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
Knowledge of web design principles and web accessibility standards.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Nice-to-have skills

Qualifications

• 7 to 9 years of overall work experience in systems or application development

• or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
