Work Flexibility: Not availableTeam - Project Management Team BelfastProject Management Co-Ops participate in the achievement of the PMOs objectives by assisting the R&D Project Management team in the production and control of defibrillator product documentation in line with the Companys Quality Management System and medical device regulatory :Assist in the composition and development of Research and Development technical documentation as identified by the project management team. This documentation may include requirements documentation design verification and validation in the composition of production and quality documentation as required. This documentation may include standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions Bills of in reviewing editing and checking documentation for accuracy consistency and traceability from customer requirements through the companys design lifecycle to test execution. Assist in creating and maintaining user manuals and instruction booklets for print and online in the identification of documentation assigned tasks according to established timeline. Provide project support attend project meetings and report project to the preparation of documentation for Design Review Meetings. Assist with the preparation of documentation for medical device regulatory and CapabilitiesBuilds productive internal working calm under pressure timelines and seeks to add additional responsibility where -motivated: enjoys tackling goals growing and developing and is accountable for goals being drives communicator and the importance of networking and utilizing that network to improve individual job seeks to understand how goals fit into broader organizational good judgment regarding when and how to escalate mindset learns from previous mistakes and picks up new skills Skills / QualificationsEffective written & verbal reporting and communication Office applicationsWorking within a team environmentStudying for a third level qualification in either design engineering electronics biomedical engineering or a related discipline.Travel Percentage: None
