What you will do
As the Inventory Coordinator Marketing Services you will coordinate product requests for marketing and medical education events and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products.
- Oversee receipt storage and shipment of materials and related reporting
- Administer and operate the organizations warehouse including processing packaging and storage of supplies materials and equipment
- Account for all materials and supplies in the facility; audit goods received into warehouse
- Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space
- Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures space utilization and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment
- Show versatility of work through adapting to new situations and seeking better ways of completing tasks
- Complete all inventory transactions systematically and physically
What you need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years relevant work experience
- Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/ or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Team lift up to 150 pounds regularly
Preferred
- Experience in shipping/receiving handling of medical devices
- Trade show product preparation post-show inventory management
Travel Percentage: 10%
