What youll be doing in this role:
Day-to-day management of the team.
Ensuring the team delivers first-class customer service.
Being the direct point of contact/escalation for the customer.
Liaising with the Key Account Director Business Development Manager and key Account Manager regarding any opportunities or issues that arise.
Ensuring all orders quotes and queries are dealt with efficiently and that queries are closed promptly.
Coaching and mentoring the team.
What were looking for:

Experience leading people/teams in a fast paced customer services environment
