Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of our client and looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to join their this role you will be responsible for leading the deployment of digital tools enhancements and processes as part of a global commercial transformation initiative across Europe and Australia/New Zealand.
This position plays a key role in driving digital change ensuring the successful rollout strong adoption and continuous improvement of solutions that enhance commercial team performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of digital tools and processes ensuring they are fit for purpose and aligned with the needs of regional commercial teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for regional teams on digital infrastructure and data-related matters.
- Provide regular updates to regional leadership on progress challenges and upcoming initiatives.
- Represent regional needs within the global programme influencing strategy with local insights.
- Plan and manage deployment activities including tool selection testing rollout change management and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align programme objectives manage competing priorities and mitigate risks.
- Drive user adoption through targeted training initiatives and continuous feedback loops.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project and programme management.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and managing complex multi-stream deployments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in change management.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage complexity effectively.
