Job Summary

Location: Limassol Cyprus (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Join our rapidly growing team as a Client Services Officer supporting clients in the fast-paced Foreign Exchange (FX) this client-facing position you will be responsible for delivering excellent service resolving queries and supporting clients throughout their FX trading journey. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries across multiple channels including live chat email and phone
  • Act as the primary contact linking clients with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of issues
  • Support clients with account verification and compliance procedures providing accurate guidance on account management product use and platform features
  • Diagnose and resolve client problems such as login issues navigation challenges or technical difficulties offering guidance on available tools and resources
  • Promote client retention by offering tailored support reactivating inactive clients and nurturing long-term relationships

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English (C1) with strong written and spoken communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support client services or sales within a regulated industry
  • Solid knowledge of financial products or related technical platforms is preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
  • Detail-focused with excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and common workplace software
  • Professional self-driven and a cooperative team player with a positive proactive approach
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including public holidays as needed
