About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized adaptable and detail-oriented Virtual Marketer to support multiple brands across industries. This full-time role focuses on executing day-to-day marketing activities organizing assets maintaining digital presence and producing high-quality video content. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital marketing project management and content creation with a portfolio demonstrating their video and digital work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit videos and maintain a professional organized video portfolio.
- Organize and maintain image/photo portfolios and folders for multiple brands.
- Manage website backends ensuring content is consistent updated properly formatted and SEO-optimized.
- Generate regular reports on website traffic social media performance and advertising metrics.
- Support campaign execution tracking progress and updates across multiple projects.
- Maintain organized schedules timelines and marketing assets to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor platform updates and recommend workflow improvements for efficiency.
- Other marketing support tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in marketing support digital marketing or video content creation.
- Solid understanding of SEO SEM social media and email marketing basics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics MailChimp Canva; Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity Professional a plus.
- Strong project management organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Willingness to work hours overlapping North American office schedule.
