Job Description
For our client an international investment company we are looking for a
Global Head of IT (m/f) 100%
to work in Cyprus (preferred) or in one of the Groups offices (London Switzerland) with relocation options available.
About the Role:
This role is focused on building and leading the Groups global IT function across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive automation and AI adoption ensure secure and reliable IT operations and align technology with the companys strategic goals.
Tasks
- Define and implement global IT strategy and target architecture (ERP Data Systems Client Platforms).
- Lead process automation and AI-driven solutions for reporting compliance (KYC/AML) and client services.
- Oversee mission-critical operational platforms ensuring high availability scalability and disaster recovery.
- Drive cybersecurity and compliance (ISO27001 SOC2 GDPR FCA CySEC FINMA etc.).
- Manage IT vendors outsourcing partners and optimize IT costs.
- Collaborate with Finance Risk and Compliance to align IT with business needs.
- Build and lead a global IT team fostering innovation and accountability.
Requirements
- 1015 years of IT experience including 7 years in senior leadership.
- Strong background in financial services (Wealth/Asset Management banking fintech).
- Proven expertise in ERP/Data Systems automation and API integrations.
- Experience with regulators and successful IT audits.
- Deep knowledge of hybrid infrastructures and international security standards.
- Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field; certifications (ITIL CISSP PMP ISO27001) are a plus.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) Russian is an advantage.
