We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to oversee and support planning execution and governance of key Digital Workplace projects such as Okta migration Intune deployment M365 platform integration and Endpoint Modernization. The PMO will ensure effective coordination across project teams maintain project documentation track milestones and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance & Oversight:
Establish and maintain standardized project management processes and templates across Digital Workplace programs.
Monitor project health ensuring alignment with timelines budgets and scope.
Planning & Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers engineering leads and vendors to coordinate project activities.
Track deliverables risks issues dependencies and change requests.
Reporting & Communication:
Generate weekly and monthly project dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
Support status meetings and record key decisions action items and updates.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all project documentation (charters business cases closure reports risk logs) is maintained and audit-ready.
Align project execution with IT governance and compliance standards.
Tool Administration:
Support PMO tooling (e.g. MS Project ServiceNow JIRA Smartsheet Power BI) for scheduling reporting and documentation.
Resource & Budget Tracking:
Maintain resource allocation plans and budget tracking for all ongoing projects.
Provide forecasting and variance analysis to project sponsors.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with senior management internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication and expectations.

Project On-Time Delivery Rate
Qualificaton:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field.
5 years of experience in IT project coordination or PMO support ideally in infrastructure or Digital Workplace programs.
Functional Skills/Competencies:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).
Experience managing or supporting projects involving Intune Okta Azure AD M365 or Endpoint Management.
Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project JIRA Confluence ServiceNow Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Strong analytical organisational and multitasking capabilities.
