Job Description

Job Title: Transit PMO Support

Term: 12 months

Location: Cairo Egypt

Relevant experience: 10 years relevant experience

Mandatory requirements: English/ Arabic is mandatory

PURPOSE OF JOB

Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of Transit digitization initiatives by coordinating with banks government bodies and internal teams ensuring seamless merchants onboarding and program delivery. Drive strategic implementation stakeholder alignment and operational excellence to enable scalable digital transit acceptance across ecosystems


TASKS

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  1. Responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of multiple acceptance initiatives related to Transit digitization in collaboration with partner ecosystems including banks government bodies and internal teams.
  2. Will be the primary point-of-contact for end-to-end coordination and execution of the Transit digitization program.
  3. The Program Manager is expected to demonstrate deep technical knowledge of MPGS merchant onboarding preferably with experience in Transit systems.
  4. The position holder will advocate and communicate the solution to the relevant stakeholders and incorporate operational model changes if necessary.
  5. The Program Manager will work closely with the technical teams advisors and acquiring cross-functional teams to coordinate launch of Transit acceptance.
  6. Facilitates project coordination and plans execution according to set timelines in collaboration with external vendors. Formulate and implement transaction migration strategy to ensure optimal utilization of digital platforms
  7. Provide full project management documentation and tracking timelines and deliverables for digital projects
  8. Liaise with service delivery partners and vendors (i.e. in-house partners and other service partners and vendors - payment processors other providers etc.)
  9. Review KPI reports; define and implement actions in cooperation with service vendors to improve service levels to increase or maintain customer satisfaction and to minimize operational risk.
  10. Have regular reviews with the business team update them about major operational incidents and the status of operational risks
  11. Have good business acumen to spot and communicate new opportunities based on customer needs and industry trends.


Knowledge and Experience

  1. Minimum bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience in portfolio analysis card product development and LCM
  3. Experience creating and managing card portfolio with proven results
  4. Demonstrates knowledge of issuing regulatory requirements
  5. Stakeholder management and influencing skills for problem solving
  6. Change Management and Project management methodologies
  7. Ability to communicate efficiently with both business and technical/operational units at various organizational levels
  8. Exceptional project management budget management negotiation interpersonal and organizational skills.


Mandatory Skills**

  1. Fluent in Arabic and English
