Job Description

Weatherization Technician performs energy-saving upgrades in residential buildings such as installing insulation air sealing windows and doors and repairing structural components to improve energy efficiency and comfort. Key responsibilities include conducting energy audits with diagnostic tools installing various weatherization materials providing client recommendations and performing basic repairs. This is an entry-level hands-on position that doesnt typically require a college degree but often involves paid or free on-the-job training and apprenticeship programs
