Location: Seattle WA (5 Days Onsite)

Work Authorization: USC/GC Only

Job Description:
We are seeking a UAT Lead Tester with proven experience in fulfillment and end-to-end testing for large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading UAT efforts coordinating test cycles and ensuring successful validation of order management and fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for fulfillment systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and QA teams to define UAT scope and acceptance criteria.
Develop detailed UAT test plans test cases and execution schedules.
Validate end-to-end order processing shipping and fulfillment flows.
Track document and communicate UAT results issues and risks to stakeholders.
Provide leadership and guidance to testers during UAT cycles.

Required Skills:

7 years of QA/UAT testing experience with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Strong background in fulfillment order management and supply chain workflows.
Hands-on experience in UAT coordination test execution and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
