We are seeking a Project Manager with Semiconductor Knowledge to join our team. This role will involve overseeing complex semiconductor manufacturing automation projects in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in program management Siemens OpCenter product manufacturing MES systems SECSGEM standards and semiconductor manufacturing processes and a passion for factory automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Job Title: Project Manager with Semiconductor Knowledge
Location: San Jose/Fremont CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months
Rate/Salary: $65/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management with a focus on Semiconductor Siemens OpCenter product manufacturing and advanced automation
Strong knowledge of MES systems architecture configuration deployment and integration with other production systems
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes
Deep understanding of SECSGEM standards (SEMI E30 and related standards)
Experience with SECSGEM message structure data formats and communication protocols
Developing and integrating SECSGEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Configuring equipment to communicate with host systems (e.g. setting up communication parameters defining data collection variables)
Creating and managing Siemens Camstar OpCenter Modeling recipes for equipment including downloading uploading and validating them
Collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and processes
Monitoring equipment status and performance metrics
Implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC)
Functional experience in GUI Tool Scheduling Recipe Management and Factory Automation - SECSGEM
Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for continuous improvement
Expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices

Roles and Responsibilities:

Excellent project management skills including experience with project management software and methodologies
Strong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) principles and product lifecycle management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers team members and stakeholders at all levels
Experience with relevant industry standards and regulations
Participate in fit-gap analysis process modeling and process standardization with area lead process SMEs
Work with lead SMEs to develop factory automation requirements
Provide time estimates user story point estimates and status updates for all assigned stories
Author and perform documentation supporting validation of factory automation
Collaborate across teams to gather requirements for MES development

Generic Managerial Skills:

Resource should be a quick learner and self-driven capable of working with client partners to meet strategic objectives
Resource must be able to identify mentor and develop talent to build leaders from within the team
