The Software domain refers to the area within Information Technology that focuses on the development deployment management and maintenance of software applications that support business processes and user needs. This includes development application lifecycle management requirement analysis QA security & compliance and maintaining the applications and infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as Senior Developer for Loyalty Member benefit products
Collaborates with leaders business analysts project managers IT architects technical leads and other developers along with internal customers to understand requirements and develop a strategy appropriate to the business requirements for quarterly Roadmap
Drives consensus on technical approach sets timelines and leads cross-functional application teams from design through delivery.
Maintains and enhances existing enterprise services applications and platforms using domain driven design and test-driven development.
Troubleshoots and debugs complex issues; identifies and implements solutions.
Researches and implements new technologies to enhance current processes security and performance.
Supports the development of coding standards and adheres to best practices and security guidelines.
Works closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs.
Preferred Qualifications Education and Prior Job Experience:
5 years of IT experience required.
5-7 years of experience working on Agile Development teams.
1-3 years of experience working with Batch Scheduling automation engine and Siebel EAI

Batch Scheduling: IBM Tivoli Workload Schedule and IBM DataStage ETL Tool
Siebel: EIM Skills Siebel Loyalty
Unix Scripting SQL-PL/SQL Python
