- Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (Mondays Tuesdays Thursdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above.
- Project will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Texas Health and Human Services Commission require the services of 1 Systems Analyst 2 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Systems Analyst 2 Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
The role of UI/UX designers is central to improving accessibility usability and responsiveness of the HHSC eligibility systems.

Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems including wireframes prototypes and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma Adobe XD and Sketch.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.

Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy contrast and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.

Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.

Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines workflows and system architecture.

Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Bachelors degree in graphic design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
