Senior Marketing Co-ordinator - Cape Town WC Western Cape
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Kay Mason Foundation. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about youth development skilled at building brands with purpose and thrives in a creative collaborative environment. You will be hands on working closely with our fundraising and communications team to amplify our story strengthen and grow our brand and reach and ensure consistent and impactful communication with our donors partners and communities.
Job Specification
Key Responsibilities
Brand & CI Management: Safeguard and grow the KMF brand identity ensuring consistent use of corporate identity and brand standards across all platforms.
Marketing Collateral: Develop engaging materials (print and digital) that inspire support showcase our impact and reflect our mission.
Website Management: Oversee content updates user experience and performance to ensure our website remains a credible relevant and engaging digital home.
Social media & Digital Marketing: Lead content creation calendar management campaigns and community engagement across platforms to drive awareness and support.
Content Generation: Produce inspiring stories newsletter content blogs and impact updates that resonate with our audience donors and stakeholders.
Agency & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with creative digital and event partners to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
Event Support: Coordinate brand presence at donor events youth engagements and community activations.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on marketing and digital performance providing insights to improve reach and impact.
Offer
What Were Looking For
Relevant degree/diploma in Marketing Communications or related field.
5 years experience in marketing/digital marketing/communications. Experience in NPO education or youth development space helpful not essential.
Strong background in brand managementsocial media content generation and digital marketing.
Demonstrated ability to develop coordinate and manage branding campaigns content and creative projects end-to-end.
Excellent writing skills and ability to create compelling human-centred content.
Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Organised and able to think ahead.
Passionate about youth development in South Africa social impact and building meaningful connections.
An eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
