Join Lehigh Universitys dynamic College of Health as our Marketing and Communications Manager and shape the future of health education! This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to elevate our colleges visibility and drive student recruitment.

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66270 - $80620 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the College of Health
Lead a complete website redesign project and ongoing digital presence management
Create and implement compelling brand messaging framework aligned with university standards
Produce high-quality content for multiple platforms including social media publications and digital campaigns
Support undergraduate and graduate student recruitment through targeted marketing initiatives
Collaborate with college leadership faculty external partners and university communications teams
Manage marketing campaigns that promote academic programs research achievements and college identity
Oversee both strategic planning and hands-on content creation and project management
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to five years of related work experience
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
