Kaseya is looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality reliability and performance of the Endpoint Backup product a core part of our IT management platform.
As a Senior QA Engineer youll take ownership of designing and executing testing strategies across backend frontend and API components collaborating closely with developers DevOps and product managers. Youll be recognized not only for preventing and identifying defects but also for actively driving improvements in quality practices automation frameworks and engineering standards.

Were Looking for Someone With
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field
- 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance with a strong focus on Backend testing
- Proven proficiency in API testing (RESTful services Swagger/OpenAPI Postman automated suites)
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL) and ability to validate complex queries and data integrity
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git/GitLab and containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of testing strategies QA methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) in agile teams
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Strong sense of ownership accountability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- English at B2 level comfortable in daily meetings documentation and written communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP or similar)
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK)
- Hands-on experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter Locust or similar)
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform Helm) for QA environment setup
- Expertise in test automation frameworks for backend services APIs and frontend applications
What Youll Do
- Participate in the most valuable initiative for the whole company ensuring the reliability of Endpoint Backup product
- Collaborate closely with developers DevOps and product managers using Agile/Scrum methodology
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies (manual and automated) mostly for API and DB layers
- Validate defect reports and work with engineers to drive quick resolutions and prevent recurrences
- Champion quality best practices across security performance usability and maintainability
- Contribute to documentation participate in reviews and demos to stakeholders
- Advocate for testability and quality in every stage of the development lifecycle
P.S. we work 3 days at Krakow office per week which is mandatory.
