Job Summary
Job Title : US Customer Care Executive
Location - Mohali 8B
Salary Overtime Incentives up to 5-10K.
Shifts - US Night Shifts (8.5hrs login any 2 week offs) Cabs
Freshers can also apply.
Duties-
- Respond to customer enquiries through inbound calls/email contact from current and prospective customers with optional upselling.
-Strong convincing skills in handling customers.
-Must have good typing speed.
-No Sales/ No Targets
-Strong English communication skills required.
-Must be comfertable with night shifts.
-Immediate joining preferred.
