Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Procurement Facilities Management or Engineering.
• Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) CSCP or similar is an advantage.
• 2 - 3 years of end-tot-end experience procurement purchasing or materials coordination.
• Background in facilities construction or technical operations preferred
• Background in in reading and interpreting architectural plans; basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong supplier management & negotiation skills.
• Good organization multitasking and analytical ability.
• Effective communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central purchaser of the Facilities Department handling the end-to-end procurement of consumables construction materials finishes furniture fixtures and equipment essential to facilities operations preventive maintenance and special projects.
• Establish and maintain a strong supplier and contractor network to ensure competitive pricing reliable sourcing and faster turnaround for urgent and planned requirements of the Facilities and Interior Design teams.
• Conduct canvassing validate proposals and lead negotiations to secure the most cost-effective deals while maintaining required quality standards and compliance with CIIT policies.
• Provide direct support to Interior Designers and Facilities Officers by sourcing specialized finishes furnishings and technical materials aligned with design intent safety requirements and project timelinesremoving the need for them to spend time on supplier coordination.
• Apply working knowledge of construction carpentry electrical mechanical and finishing materials to validate specifications avoid errors and ensure accurate procurement aligned with technical requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries verify material quantities and specifications and ensure that all purchased items are available on time for ongoing works and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain complete and accurate procurement records supplier databases and purchase orders for audit and compliance purposes ensuring transparency and accountability in all transactions.
  

Required Experience:

Manager
