The Manager of Graduate Advising in the CU Denver Business School plays a pivotal role in advancing and supporting student success across graduate programs. This full-time professional exempt position provides leadership and direct supervision to a team of Graduate Academic Advisors ensuring high- quality advising services for students pursuing Master of Business Administration and Master of Science
degrees.

Grounded in a philosophy of student development the manager collaborates with advisors to deliver advising in both individual and group settings that promotes academic progress engagement and retention. The role also works closely with the Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs and Discipline Directors to guide curriculum development implement program enhancements and support a positive student experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $72497 - $80128.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but
not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate
of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.
Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. The University of Colorado Denver
