Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day Air Export &Import operations ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations security protocols and customer-specific SOPs.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input into the system.
- Monitor and improve workflow processes cost efficiency and service quality.
- Act as the point of contact for internal teams airlines customers and overseas agents.
- Manage irregular shipment handling ensuring proper documentation escalation and resolution.
- Supervise and support the operations team providing guidance and resolving complex shipment issues.
- Conduct regular staff training to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Air Freight knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of international air operations documents and security protocols.
- Excellent command of English and Thai (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
