Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day Air Export &Import operations ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations security protocols and customer-specific SOPs.
Ensure accurate and timely data input into the system.
Monitor and improve workflow processes cost efficiency and service quality.
Act as the point of contact for internal teams airlines customers and overseas agents.
Manage irregular shipment handling ensuring proper documentation escalation and resolution.
Supervise and support the operations team providing guidance and resolving complex shipment issues.
Conduct regular staff training to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Air Freight knowledge.
Strong knowledge of international air operations documents and security protocols.
Excellent command of English and Thai (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
