Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and a working knowledge of TDS and GST compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple sets of accounts and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting operations
Pass journal entries and purchase entries in Tally Prime
Handle documentation and record keeping
Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations
Prepare data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings
Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly and year-end closings
Work on Input Tax Credit (ITC) calculations and manage GST 2B matching
Coordinate with internal teams for account-related requirements

Required Skills:

Proficient in Tally Prime
Knowledge of GST TDS and TCS
Good understanding of journal entries and basic accounting
Familiarity with block credit concepts and statutory compliance
Ability to work on multiple books of accounts
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
