Your role and responsibilities
Our business covers low-voltage authorization boxes cabinets circuit breakers power quality products etc. We are committed to creating a lower carbon smarter and more flexible infrastructure. We have successful project cases in building technology smart parks data centers and other fields.
We look forward to the sales talents in Wuhan to promote the business development of the three box cabinet factory in Hubei region.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Project full process management: Independently responsible for the development follow-up and post maintenance of cabinet factory customers ensuring the achievement of set performance indicators.
- Regional channel management: Coordinate and manage the three box cabinet factory channel customers within the responsible area improve customer satisfaction and business coverage.
- Market expansion: Actively develop new customers and projects expand business scope and market share.
- Establishment of partnership: Identify and develop potential project partners (authorized clients) and maintain the partnership through continuous tracking to promote
- Promote mutual development between both parties.
- Execute other tasks: Efficiently complete other related work tasks assigned according to the requirements of superiors.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors degree or above;
- 3-5 years of experience in sales of cabinet factories and related industry projects and have a deep understanding of cabinet factory customers;
- Familiar with the operation mode of the cabinet factory channel with a certain accumulation of cabinet factory and customer resource base;
- Having a strong sense of goal orientation and being able to maintain efficient working conditions in high-pressure environments;
- Diligent and hardworking passionate about the sales industry willing to continuously strive to achieve personal and team goals;
- Strong sense of purpose strong ability to withstand pressure diligent and hardworking and passionate about sales work.
