Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily window cleaning field. The right candidate will have experience in managing a team as well as hands-on knowledge. A successful candidate will be detail oriented and can respond quickly and appropriately to any problems that occur on the job site.
Responsibilities:
- Manage work crews.
- Perform daily image reports
- Be familiar with laws concerning safety health and welfare of building occupants municipal employees and the public.
- Supervise procedures
- Ensure that work is done in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate activities with building management.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High degree of physical fitness and endurance to complete physical aspects of the job including the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25kg
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work extended and non-standard hours as required
- Valid drivers license will be advantageous
Physical Requirements:
- Required to work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions
- May occasionally meet unpleasant or hazardous materials
- May occasionally require safety procedures when working at height.
