Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Commercial activities:
cooperating in establishing and preparing meetings with major clients (key accounts)
assisting the GM in organizing events to promote the companys products and solutions;
assisting the GM in maintaining relations with third parties (MSI resellers)
assisting in the activities of HR (regulated legislation meals tickets employee benefits)
Administrative activities
monitoring correspondence;
management of invoices issued for the local entity;
management of local orders for office consumables;
archiving documents.
creating shipping documents
handling the import/export of goods
Repair
repairing requests and escalations internally through CTDI
packing faulty products and sending for repair
arranging Return Material Authorisations (RMAs) pickup shipping and follow-up for repairs
receiving repaired equipment and returning to originator
creating warranty certificate
Other
miscellaneous Ad hoc activities
Basic Requirements
Fluent English
computer literacy
experience in a similar position would be an asset
