Clinical Lead Nurse
Full-Time Days 21.50 per hour

What Were Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC PIN
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role ideally within a care home or similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of clinical practices policies and CQC regulations
- Compassionate approachable and committed to providing high-quality care

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursing team to deliver safe effective and person-centred care
- Oversee clinical practices ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best care procedures
- Provide strong clinical decision-making and guidance to colleagues
- Monitor review and update care plans in line with residents needs
- Train mentor and motivate staff to uphold high standards of care
- Work closely with residents families and multidisciplinary teams to promote wellbeing
