Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to promote mutual funds government bonds fixed deposits and insurance products offered by the company.
- Assist in client onboarding processes including documentation collection KYC verification and orientation regarding company products and services.
- Generate new business leads through telecalling referrals and networking to expand the companys retail client base.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction retention and repeat business opportunities.
- Upsell relevant financial products to clients by understanding their investment needs and tailoring solutions to match their profiles.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions leads generated and sales conversions in the companys CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with market developments and trends in order to offer informed advice to clients and maintain competitive product knowledge.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate client servicing resolve queries and ensure seamless execution of transactions and requests.
