Experienced Heavy Line Technician
DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is expanding our Service Team and is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Line Technician. If youre an experienced technician who takes pride in high-quality engine transmission and driveline repairs this is your chance to join a well-established dealership with strong service volume and a supportive work environment.

- Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex engine transmission driveline and suspension issues.
- Perform major repairs including engine replacements transmission overhauls and warranty work.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify safety or maintenance concerns.
- Document work clearly and accurately in accordance with Ford and dealership standards.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- 3 years of automotive heavy line or powertrain repair experience required.
- Ford certification or OEM training preferred (but not required).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation which includes Bonuses based on Production/Productivity.
The Flat Rate Range for this position is $25.00 - $70.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills experience job-related know
ledge and location.
