Bucks County company looking for motivated Account Coordinators to manage professional working relationships with vendors and clients across the United States. This is a role that develops relationships with vendors and works with them to protect and preserve properties for clients.

Essential functions and responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
* Managing vendor and client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. This is a deadline driven position
* Understand property foreclosures
* Review and audit submitted work orders to ensure completion in timely manner
* Confidently negotiate costs within provided guidelines
* Assess performance of vendors for quality assurance purposes
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to use MS Office Suite
* Strong organization skills are a must
* Ability to build relationships with vendors and clients via telephone
* Prior outside sales and customer service experience preferred
* Bilingual communication skills desired but not necessary
